الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له, وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله - صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليما كثيرا - إلى  يوم الدين.
أما بعد

Greatness of Islam can not be restricted, how not? God has set people's commitment to Islam will win and who turned away from him will be losers. The best religion is not extreme, easy, clear and no shame and less at all. Plus he is good and suitable for all times and places.

God sent the apostle best, cover all the prophets and the best of all there is to convey this religion to bring the benefits of science and true religion, as described in the word of God,

هو الذي أرسل رسوله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ولو كره المشركون

"He sent His Messenger (with carry) instructions (the Koran) and the true religion to win him over all religion, even though the idolaters do not like it." (Surat at-Tauba: 33).

With the benefits of science and true religion is Islam will be victorious.

Ibn Qayim stated, "This verse shows God has perfected this religion and win over all the religions of humanity. This becomes reinforcing the hearts of the believers, the good news and reinforcing them and make them full of promise always trust God that would happen. So there is no prejudice against what is happening on the agreement in the form of emphasis and attitude Hudaibiyah succumbing to the Apostle as the enemy of Allah and victory nor defeat Prophet and His religion. It is not possible, because God has sent His Messenger with the religious right and promised to win it over all religions. "(Zadul Ma'ad, 2 / 129 quoted from Raudhatun Nadiyah Syarhu al-Aqidah al-Wasitiyah, op . cit p.. 6).

Not only to stay here, even Islam makes science and charity as a target man diperlombakan. Allah says,

قل هل يستوي الذين يعلمون والذين لا يعلمون

"Say, 'Is there the same people who know people who do not know." Indeed, people who berakallah who can receive the lessons. "(Surat az-Zumar: 9).

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

إن العلماء ورثة الأنبياء وإن الأنبياء لم يورثوا دينارا ولا درهما ورثوا العلم فمن أخذه أخذ بحظ وافر

"Indeed, the scholars are the inheritors of the prophets and the prophets really did not inherit the dinar and dirham. They just pass on knowledge, then who took it, it has taken a perfect part of it. "(Narrated by Abu Daud and dishahihkan al-Albani in Saheeh at-Targhib wa at-Tarhib).

Therefore, Islam strongly encourages his people to open the mind to think and take lessons. Also remove and suppress Islamic veil of ignorance and backwardness.

Among the scientific fields that get great attention in Islam is a commercial, property management and exchange. This is apparent from the attention of scholars of all time on this issue. This is certainly encouraging us to motivate ourselves to read and apply its laws in our lives.

Urgency Know The concept of Islamic Law in Property Management (al-al-Maliyah Muamalat).

Each person should be and try to make ends meet with all the capabilities and ways exist. No one who can meet their own needs without interacting and relating with others, so that needed a way to set them in meeting these needs, one of which is the management of property in the bargain or the other. Therefore, God blessed His servants the ability and instincts to get what he needs and guide His servants with the rules and directives that can keep them away from His wrath.

In today's management issues, especially buying and selling property and its forms is growing rapidly and quite complicated to understand than the traditional, conventional till the multilevel. This requires every Muslim to understand sharia law about it, plus today the Muslims are very underestimated and do not notice anymore problems halal and haram in their efforts. In fact, the halal one business for a living is a major concern and importance in view of the Salaf Salih. They have given great attention and serious about this, because this greatly affects the food and drinks are eaten someone. It is enough for our prophet hadith which reads,

عن أبي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أيها الناس إن الله طيب لا يقبل إلا طيبا وإن الله أمر المؤمنين بما أمر به المرسلين فقال يا أيها الرسل كلوا من الطيبات واعملوا صالحا إني بما تعملون عليم وقال يا أيها الذين آمنوا كلوا من طيبات ما رزقناكم ثم ذكر الرجل يطيل السفر أشعث أغبر يمد يديه إلى السماء يا رب يا رب ومطعمه حرام ومشربه حرام وملبسه حرام وغذي بالحرام فأنى يستجاب لذلك

"Verily, Allaah is good, do not accept unless the good, and that God commands the believers with what he commanded the apostles in his words, 'O Messengers, eat of the good food, and do good deeds. Indeed, I Knower of what ye do. " (Surat al-Mu'minun: 51). And he said, 'O ye who believe, eat of the sustenance of the good that we give you. " (Surah al-Baqarah: 172). Then, he mentioned a man who tangled color as the dust out both hands to the sky as he prayed, 'Ya Rabb, Ya Rabb, was forbidden food, drink unlawful, his clothing unlawful, he was satisfied with the haram food, then how could the person is granted his petition?! "(Issued by the Muslims in the az-Zakah no. 1015 and at-Tirmidhi in Tafsirul Koran, no. 2989).

Ibn Rajab, may Allaah have mercy saying, "This hadeeth indicates, that charity is not acceptable and is not sacred, except by eating foods that are kosher. While eating foods that are forbidden to damage the charitable deeds and make it acceptable. "(Jami'ul 'Ulum wal Hikam, 1 / 260 quoted from Bai' al-wa Taqsith Ahkamuhu Adabuhu, Hisham ibn Muhammad ibn Sa'id Alu Barghasy, first printing H. 1419, Dar al-Wathan, KSA, p.. 10).

Similarly, Prof. Dr. Abdurrazaaq bin al-'Abad Abdulmuhsin explain this hadith by saying, "this hadeeth the Prophet started with a hint of the dangers of eating haram and that includes preventing the granting of the prayer. Understood him, that would enhance food (eat kosher food) to be one prayer for granted, as it says Wahb bin Munabbih, 'Who would want God granted his prayer, then let beautify the food. " and when Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqash asked about his prayer was granted because of the Companions of the Prophet, he said, 'I do not lift a spoon of food into my mouth, unless I know where it came from and where it comes out.' "

Note also the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

إنه لا يربو لحم نبت من سحت إلا كانت النار أولى به
"In fact, not developing a growing meat from unclean foods unless Hell is more appropriate for him." (Part of the hadith is issued by at-Tirmidhi in his Sunan, Kitab al-Prayer Chapter Fadhlu Prayers, no. 614 of Ka'b bin 'ujrah on the part of a long hadith. Abu' Isa al-Tirmidhi said, "This hadeeth hasan ghareeb and dishahihkan by Ahmad Mohammad Shakir in his commentary on Sunan al-Tirmidhi, p.. 2 / 515 and al-Albani in Saheeh Sunan at -Tirmidhi, no. 501).
If we wonder and wonder, "Why are disasters befall us, difficult to achieve prosperity, peace of life and victory was also achieved? Why are our prayers not Fulfilled? "
Possible answer is we neglect the needs of primary and secondary is good and our ignorance about the issue of halal and haraam. This has been pointed out by the Prophet in the Hadith above and also the scholars, in antranya Yusuf bin Asbath who said, "It is up to us, that the prayer of a servant held up to the sky because of the bad food (food is not kosher)." (Jami ' ul 'Ulum wa al-Hikam, 1 / 275. quoted from Bai' al-Taqsith, op.cit things. 11). Naturally when the Caliph 'Umar ibn al-Khaththab-though still a lot of friends Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam dirrah beat people with, then said, "Do not trade in our markets, except the faqih, [understand about the sale and purchase], if not, then he eats usury. "(quoted from the book of Bai 'al-Taqsith, op.cit things. 11). Similarly, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib once said, "Who trades prior to understand fiqh, then he will be plunged into the usury, and then fell again and then plunged again." Means falling into it and confusion. "(Quoted from the book of Bai ' al-Taqsith, op.cit things. 11).
It's at the time of Umar and Ali are still many scholars. What about today which have varied styles and forms of trade and at least the scholars?!
No doubt, that the halal food business requires every man to be sober and know all too well every Muamalat was doing, which is haram and what is halal, and a doubtful (unclear).
Therefore, the concept of Islam in the exchange of property, either by purchase or otherwise, including a very urgent matter (important) that must be considered, especially nowadays where the Muslims started to come back refers to his religion. So, it's our job to give enlightenment to the people of this law around buying and selling, so they can get halal food and beverages. Then, hopefully with it will help achieve the triumph of this people. Likewise, hopefully useful for our society to have the rest of sharia in each of their transactions.
This is more obvious urgency, if you see majority of their trade transactions today are affected (atmosphere) the existing market, which in most forms do not stand on sharia and the rule of God. Plus ignorance of the Muslims towards the teachings of Islam regarding this issue.
